Gary is not making bows at this time. A growing family has taken much of his time. Hopefully for all of us Gary builds bows again in the future.

Gary Basset is a resident of Henderson, Colorado which is about 45 minutes north-east of the Denver area. Gary is not a full time bowyer, but do not believe that his bows are inferior to those that are known all over the country.

The Bassett recurves display outstanding use of intricate curved laminations, and outstanding fit and finish. They are beautiful and shoot like the best bows in the country. Gary has a new design that he typically builds with a dark diamond wood riser, that will be one of the faster bows you ever shoot.

Gary also makes absolutely beautiful bows for enthusiastic youth hunters which are every bit as beautiful as any other of his recurves.
