We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). The smallest box that we use carries a minimum charge of $4.80, hence the $5 shipping on all orders. We try not to use envelopes, even for small items, because of several bad experiences with envelopes getting damaged in the shipping process.
Orders that require a larger box are obviously more expensive but we have decided to cover the extra expense ourselves as a way to be competitive with our prices. Since we are not a large "warehouse" type store we cannot compete with prices on all items, our shipping policy is where we will try to make up that difference.
All purchases through our website are final.
However, we are totally reasonable, and if you receive a defective product or are thoroughly unhappy just give us a call. We are not "bottom line" type people, we will make every reasonable effort to make our customers happy.
